Nice story of Ibrahim ibn Adham

As salaam alaykum ramatullahi wa barakthu "May the peace of Allah be upon you, and His mercy and blessings"

Dear friends,

Today I would like to invite your attention in to two nice events happened in the life of a great man named Abu Eshaq Ibrahim ibn Adham generally called as Ibrahim ibn Adham  .  Abu Eshaq Ibrahim ibn Adham was born in Balkh and of Arab descent. He is one of the earliest documented great Sufis. He was a King of Balkh who renounced his throne for a spiritual kingdom and wandered to live a life of complete asceticism, earning his bread in Syria by honest manual toil until his death in c. 165 AH (782 AD).
Once he passed by a sad man and told him, “I want to ask you about three things, so answer me. Does anything in this universe happen against the will of Allah?”
The man denied and Ibrahim said, “Does your daily bread decrease from what Allah has decided for you?”
The man again denied and Ibrahim said, “Will your life end even one second earlier than Allah has decided for you?”
And again, the man denied. So Ibrahim said, “So why is the sadness?”

Another event was that a man came to Ibrahim ibn Adham and said, “I do a lot of bad deeds, so tell me things that can forbid me from doing wrong.”
Ibrahim answered, “If you accepted five traits and were able to do them, you would not commit any bad deed again.
The first one is if you want to disobey Allah, do not eat from His bounty.”
The man said, “So where can I eat from and all the earth belongs to Him?”
Ibrahim answered, “Is it right to eat from His bounty and disobey Him?”
The man said, “No. Tell me the second.”
Ibrahim said, “If you want to disobey Him, do not live in any of His lands.”
The man said, “This is harder, so where can I live?”
Ibrahim said, “Is it right to eat from His bounty, live in His lands, and then disobey Him?”
The man denied and asked for the third.
Ibrahim said, “If you want to disobey Him while you eat from His bounty and live in His lands, then disobey Him in a place where He cannot see you.”
The man said, “How and He even knows what is going on inside my head?”
Ibrahim answered, “So, can you eat from His bounty, live in His lands, disobey Him while He sees you and knows what you want to say and what you have kept secret to yourself?”
The man said “No” and asked for the fourth.
Ibrahim said, “If the angel of death comes to take your soul, tell him ‘Leave me till I repent and do good deeds.’”
The man said that he would not accept and Ibrahim replied, “If you cannot escape death and know that if it comes it will not be delayed, how can you wish to be saved?”
The man asked for the fifth and Ibrahim continued, “If angels of torment come to you on the Day of Judgment to take you to Hell, do not go with them.”
The man said, “They will not let me go.”
Ibrahim replied, “So how do you wish to be rescued, then?”
And the man responded, “Ibrahim, enough, enough! I will repent to Allah.” His repentance was a true one and he kept worshiping till the end of his life.

I hope you could understand the above stories and please obey Allah also kindly include me in your prayer

Laylatul-Qadr (the Night of Decree)

As salaam alaykum ramatullahi wa barakthu "May the peace of Allah be upon you, and His mercy and blessings"

Dear friends,

We are now moving to last ten days of Ramadan. We are really missing our valuable moments. We are not sure it will come in our life again. So utilize our time more in these days and nights with prayers. Already 20 days from Holy Ramadan had gone. In the last ten days of Ramadan Our Prophet spent whole time in his Mosque and he tighten his belly to do more prayer. In these last  ten days we must increase Ihtikaf in the mosque ( for men only) and more Quran reading , Tasbish namaz (read post for tasbih namaz in this blog) and increase the below dikr much more,

Ashhadu Anlahilaha Illallah Asthagfirullah Allahumma Inni  Asalukal Jannatha wa Aoudubika Mina Nnaar

(I am confirming that Allah is the only one GOD who should be worshiped, Oh Allah forgive me and give me your heaven and save me from your hell)

Allahumma ihthikni mina nnar wa adhilnal jannatha ya rabbal alameen

( Oh Allah, Please exclude me from your  hell and include me in your heaven)

Allahumma innaka 'affuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'annee
(O Allaah You are The One Who pardons greatly, and loves to pardon, so pardon me)
We also need to seek or expect for Laylatul – Qadr. A small description about laylatul – Qadr as follows,
Seeking Laylatul-Qadr (the Night of Decree)
It is the greatest night of the year like the Day of `Arafah is the greatest day of the year. It is a night about which Allah reveled a full Surah, Suratul-Qadr
It is the night when the Qur'an was reveled.
It is the night when the Message (the Final and seal of all messages) sent to Mohammad, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, started
It is the night when the light, that would illuminate mankind to the end of life, started
It is the night when every matter of ordainment is decreed
Allah says in what can be translated as:
"Verily! We have sent it (this Qur'aan) down in the Night of Decree (Lailatul-Qadr). And what will make you know what the Night of Decree is? The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. Therein descend the angels and the Rooh (ie. Jibreel [Gabriel]) by Allaah's Permission with all Decrees, Peace! until the appearance of dawn." [97:1-5]
A person who misses Laylatul-Qadr is really a deprived person!
Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, said “The blessed month has come to you. Allah has made fasting during it obligatory upon you. During it the gates to Paradise are opened and the gates of Hellfire are locked, and the devils are chained. There is a night [during this month] which is better than a thousand months. Whoever is deprived of its good is really deprived [of something great]. [Ahmad, an-Nisa'i and al-Bayhaqi]
One who misses this blessed night then he has missed much good for no one misses it except one from whom it is withheld. Therefore it is recommended that the Muslim who is eager to be obedient to Allaah should stand in Prayer during this night out of Eemaan and hoping for the great reward, since if he does this, Allaah will forgive his previous sins (1).
What happens to the person who witnesses Laylatul-Qadr? and what should one do?
Abu Hurairah Radhiya Allahu `anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, said : "Whoever stands (in prayer) in Lailatul-Qadr out of Eemaan (faith and sincerity) and seeking reward then his previous sins are forgiven". [Bukhari]
It is recommended to supplicate a lot during this night, it is reported from our mother 'Aishah radhiya Allahu `anha, that she said: "O Messenger of Allah! What if I knew which night Lailatul-Qadr was, then what should I say in it?" He said.- "Say.- (Allahumma innaka 'affuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'annee.)
"O Allaah You are The One Who pardons greatly, and loves to pardon, so pardon me.".
When is Laylatul-Qadr ?
It is preferred to seek this night during the last ten odd nights of Ramadan, as the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam,, strove his best in seeking it during that time. We have already mentioned that the Prophet would stay up during the last ten nights, would wake his wives, and then would remain apart from them to worship.
`Aishah radhiya Allahu `anha said: "Allah's Messenger used to practice I`itikaf in the last ten nights and say: 'Seek out Lailatul-Qadr in the (odd nights) of the last ten of Ramadan." [Bukhari and Muslim]
It is known from the Sunnah, that knowledge of the exact night upon which Lailatul-Qadr falls was taken up because the people argued, 'Ubaadah ibn as- Saamit, radiyalloahu 'anhu, said: The Prophet came out intending to tell us about Lailatul-Qadr, however two men were arguing and he said: "I come out to inform you about Lailatul-Qadr but so and so, and, so and so were arguing, so it was raised up, and perhaps that is better for you, so seek it on the (twenty) ninth and the (twenty) seventh and the (twenty) fifth.'[Bukhari]
Some of the ahadeeth indicate that Lailatul-Qadr is in the last ten nights, while others indicate that it is in the odd nights of the last ten, so the first are general and the second more particular, and the particular has to be given priority over the general. Other ahadeeth state that it is in the last seven - and these are restricted by mention of one who is too weak or unable. So there is no confusion, all the ahadeeth agree and are not contradictory.
In conclusion: The Muslim should seek out Lailatui-Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten: the night of the twenty-first, the twenty-third, the twenty-fifth, the twenty-seventh and the twenty-ninth. If he is too weak or unable to seek it out in all the odd nights, then let him seek it out in the odd nights of the of seven: the night of the twenty-fifth, the twenty-seventh and the twenty-ninth And Allah knows best.
What are the signs of laylatul-Qadr?
Allaah's Messenger , salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, described the morning after Lailatul-Qadr, so that the Muslim may know which day it is. From Ubayy, radhiya Allahu 'anhu, who said: that he, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, said: "On the morning following Lailatui-Qadr the sun rises not having any rays, as if it were a brass dish, until it rises up."[Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmithi and Ibn Majah]
Abu Hurairah, radhiya Allahu 'anhu, said : "We were discussing Lailatul-Qadr in the presence of Allah's Messenger so he said : 'Which of you remembers [the night] when the moon arose and was like half a plate?... [Muslim]
Ibn 'Abbaas, radhiya Allahu 'anhuma, said: Allaah's Messenger, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, said: "Lailatul-Qadr is calm and pleasant, neither hot nor cold, the sun arises on its morning being feeble and red." [at-Tayaalisee, Ibn Khuzaimah and al-Bazzaar with a Hasan Isnad]
We pray to Allah All Mighty Most Merciful to bless us this Ramadan by witnessing Laylatul-Qadr

I hope you could understand and please try to get the gains from Allah also kindly include me in your prayer

Ramadan fasting and Important notes

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem "In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful”

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

As salaam alaykum ramatullahi wa barakthu "May the peace of Allah be upon you, and His mercy and blessings"

Dear friends,

Today I would like to introduce you about some important points about Ramadan fasting. Please read it carefully and utilize in your life. Every adult and mentally sound male or female Muslim is required to fast in Ramadan. Some exceptions with conditions are there but normally everyone has to take Ramadan fasting.
Fasting will start before time reach for asan (Call for Prayer) for fajr to time reach for asan (Call for Prayer) for Magrib.
Niyyath or intention should be there for fasting and has to be done (as per shafyee madhab) before time reach for asan (Call for Prayer) for fajr. The niyyath or intension is like that “I decided to take current year compulsory and present ramadan fasting of tomorrow for Allahu Taala”
So now after above intension/Niyyath we are in fasting and we have to be careful about some important points which break or invalidate fasting. Some of them are as follows,
What Breaks the Fast?
Any of the following invalidates the fast:
·        Eating or drinking – but if anyone forgot that he has fasting or unknowingly eating then it will not break his/her fast.
·        Sexual intercourse – In the day time of Ramadan will break fast. If someone had sexual intercourse before the time starts for fasting only and have niyyath for fasting then he/She will get the fasting means will not break h/s/her fasting.
·         Immersing the entire head in water – There is a chance to enter water in to their body by open holes of the body. So be careful when you sink in the river or water. Better to take bath by pouring the water on body carefully.
·        Enter something solid form (includes liquid) though natural holes of the body or artificially created holes like holes created in body for medical operation.  Applying oils or medicine or cosmetics on skin will not break fasting.
·        Deliberate inhalation of smoke
·        Masturbating – If someone got orgasm (semen came out from him) without touching anybody openly and without any intension also it will not break fasting. Foreg 1):- if someone saw a beautiful lady and immediately he got orgasm which will not break his fasting.2) If husband kissed his wife emotionally without any hiding by cloth or anything and he got orgasm will break his fasting.
·         Taking injections directly to veins – Even if nothing injected but needle only entered then also fast will break because needle is solid one.
·        Deliberate vomiting
·        Swallowing blood which comes from gums even if with saliva.
·         One who misses fasting a number of days during the month of Ramadan due to long travelling, forgetfulness, ignorance of the fact that those days were the days of the month of Ramadan, sickness, menstruation or childbirth, are required to make up in equal number of days missed.
·        If anyone lost fasting then also he/she must be live like a fasting person. He should not insult the fasting by enjoying everything which is banned in Ramadan fasting.

Salathul Tasbih

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem "In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful”

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

As salaam alaykum ramatullahi wa barakthu "May the peace of Allah be upon you, and His mercy and
blessings"

Dear friends,

Today I would like to introduce you about Salathul Tasbih. It is very important Salath and if you do Salathul Tasbih , Allah will forgive your sin or mistakes which is of future and of  past; new and old; those you have forgotten and those you did knowingly; big and small; hidden and revealed. Everything Allah will forgive you. Muhammed Musthafa (Sallallaho Alihiwassallam) said if you can pray this salah once a day, if you cannot pray once a day then every Friday, and even if this is not possible then once a month and even if this is not possible then once a year and even if this is not possible then at least once in a lifetime
How to perform Salatul Tasbih?
·        This salah (namaz) is offered in four rakat at a time in day time or if you do in night we can do two rakaath each.
·        Don’t do this salath at forbidden time  ( means sometimes we should not offer some sunnath namaz for which reason for such sunnath namaz is incur only after that namaz foreg:- Isthikarth namaz – this reason/result for this one will be after namaz. But for other namaz like Thahiyath Namaz (which has to perform when we enter in to the masjid ) can be done any time because its reason occurred before we doing namaz. Same like ravathib sunnath namaz etc). Makrooh (forbidden) times are,
When the sun begins to rise until it is fully up; when the sun is at its height until it passes the meridian; and when the sun begins to set until it is completely set. No prayers should be offered after the fard of Fajr until after sunrise. And similarly, no prayers should be offered after the fard of ‘Asr until after sunset.

The Tasbih is as follows
" Subhaanallahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa Laa ilaha illallaahu Wallahu Akbar "
Methode:-
Make the Niyath ( intention) -  I am performing four (in night two each) rakaath thasbeeh prayer for Allahu by turning to Kaaba, say “Allahu Akbar” and fold hands. Do wajjahathu….then recited Surah Fatihah and another Surah.
Recite Tasbih (" Subhaanallahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa Laa ilaha illallaahu Wallahu Akbar ")  15 times.
Go into ruku and recite “Subhana Rabiyal Azeem wabi hamdihi” 3 times.
Recite tasbih 10 times.
Rise from bowing position and say “Rabana lakal hamd”.
Recite tasbih 10 times.
Do the sujood and in the first sujood recite “Subhana Rabiyal A’ala wabi hamdihi” 3 times
Recite tasbih 10 times.
Rise from sujood in the sitting position recite “Rabigfirli warhamni wajuburni warafani warzukhni wahdini waafni”.
Recite tasbih 10 times.
Do the second sujood as usual and recite “Subhana Rabiyal A’ala wabi hamdihi ” 3 times
Recite tasbih 10 times.
Before standing up, go into sitting position
Recite tasbih 10 times.
Stand up, recite Surah Fatihah and another Surah.
Recite Tasbih 15 times
Perform the rest of the salah while reciting the tasbih in the stated postures.

Special notes for Salatthul Tasbih
1.)In the second rak’ah and fourth rak’ah the tasbih will be recited before the tashahhud (means  before reciting dikr athahiyathul mubarakathu salawathu……).
2) Do not count loudly. It will break Salath
3) Do not count on fingers or by holding a Bead Tasbih in hand. It is Makrooh.
4) You may count by pressing the fingers as a reminder. For example if you are in Ruku. You me press pinky of your right hand first for the first count, then the finger next to it for second count, then the middle finger for third count, following this method untill you reach the pinky of left hand will give you an exact count of ten.
5) If missed a count then make it up in the next posture. For example if forgot to recite Tasbih after Surath. Then you may recite Tasbish 25 times instead of 10 in Rukuh after "Subhaana Rabbiyal Azeem wabi hamdihi ". Missed Tasbih cannot be recited in standing (ihthidal or qiyam) after ruku and sitting between Sajadah and siting after second sajadah. Because these positions time is very less. If you missed the Tasbih in Ruku then recite 20 in the first Sajdah instead of the standing after rukuh. Similarly if missed the Tasbih in first Sajdah then do not make it up in sitting. Instead recite missed tasbih in the second Sajdah. If Tasbih has been missed in last sajdah of second or fourth Rakah then you can recite the missed ones before Attahiyat
6) It is preferable to recite after Surah Fatiha Sura Takathuur in the first raka’, Surah Wal A’sr in the second raka’, Surah Kaferoon (qul ya aiyuhal Kafiroon) in the third and Surah Akhlas (Qul hu Allah-hu ahd) in the fourth raka’. If one does not remember these surah they can recite the ones they prefer.

As salaam alaykum ramatullahi wa barakthu "May the peace of Allah be upon you, and His mercy and
blessings"

Dear friends,

Today I would like to introduce you about Badr fight and Ahlu Badr. War or fight is not a solution at all for any problem but sometimes we have to defense if needed.
As we know well, all countries are keeping big budget for their defense purpose and nobody like to fight also. Then why they need to keep this big amount of money for military activities instead of giving to poor and needy people? Answer is simple that everybody needs protection. Like ways in the earlier stage, Islam also faced lot of troubles due to the prolonging attacks from Kafir and Mushirik (non muslim). And all Islamic wars were only for protecting and defending themselves.

Muhammed (SAW) was very faithful and trustworthy. He is the model for all human being as Quran said Oh Muhammed , you have very good character and if  you are not good one people will away from you. In other place Quran said Innaka la Ala Hulukin Aleem (Oh Muhammed surely you are top of ever best character). Nobody can completely write about Muhammed (SAW) because Muahmmed (SAW) is the top most creation of Allah. Allah said Muhammed (SAW) is Akramul Khalq.

The specialty of Muhammed (SAW) was accepted and recognized by the non muslims in the Makkah also. They were always entrusting him all cargos for trading and also their valuable belongings since they knew that Muhammed (SAW) will not cheat them. They used to call him as Al Ameen (Trustworthy). But after Muhammed (SAW) got the responsibility to invite people to Islam by Allah, everybody became against to him. They used to throw stones, abuse him, call him mad and crazy etc. They used to threaten him.

Only few people in the initial stage accepted Islam and non-Muslims put many troubles on them. They banned them from Makkah. They stopped to do all trade dealings with them. They also warned other people those who support Muhammed (SAW) to do business. At last Muhammed (SAW) and supports were compelled to stay in dry desert and hilly area. They have no food and Makkah non muslims prevented other people to provide food to Muhammed (SAW) and his supporters. Many months they were stayed in that dry place and they start to eat green leafs like animals eat.

All their cargos were taken by Makkah non muslims and they made profit out of it. Muhammed (SAW) and supporters compelled to go hijrah. We must see that how a person can live like this. They lost everything like his land, their crops, cargos, animals, house and whatever they had. They scarified everything for Islam. At last Allah said Muhammed (SAW) why you are waiting, go and fight with them. Then only Muhammed (SAW) said to his supporters to fight.

In badr, Muhammed (SAW) saw Makkah non muslims are on the way back to Makkah after trading their goods. It was actually the goods of Muslims. So they have to ask their goods. But this news was heard by Makkah non muslim leaders and they send big army to help this traders to fight and kill Muhammed (SAW) and his followers. Muhammed (SAW) and supporters are very few and non muslims was around 3 times bigger than them with all facility. Muslims had nothing other than their faith on Allah and Muhammed (SAW). They also had Ramadan fasting. Muhammed (SAW) prayed Allah that if you not help us now nobody will be there for you in future to worship you. So Allah brought Angels to support Muslims. Actually fight was done by Muslims and angels only support them. The fight was on Ramadan 17.

In that fight Muslims won extremely and it was the first Islamic war held in place called Badr. 14 Muslims were killed in that fight. But most of non muslims were killed and 70 non muslims were caught as prisoners. But Muhammed (SAW) allows them to go by giving condition that to teach muslims.

Islamic fight was done only when it was needed and it carried out by strict rules like don’t kill children, women, and old aged people etc.

Muhammed (SAW) said us that no need to fight again in future. We should live peacefully. Islam clearly says if anyone kills anybody without any proper reason then he killed whole human beings in this world. Nobody has the right to kill anybody. If needed government can only do so.  It is one of the big sin out of seven big sin mentioned by Islam. All are created by Allah. He is giving food, health and protection to everybody including non muslims. Then how can we kill them? Allah definitely question and punish you if you do so. But defense it right of every man.

Now a days, everybody treats Islam is the religion of attack and Muslims are terrorist. But my dear brothers and sisters,  Islam not at all encourage terrorism even though some muslim name holders is doing so. It is their responsibly and sin. Not put that title on Islam and Muslims. Muhammed (SAW), said if anyone eat food well when his neighbor (muslim or non muslim) is starving, he will not be under my category. Then how this kind of religion can be cruel one? Then how a Muslims can be terrorists?

May Allah forgive us all and give us His Light of right path ever.. Ameen

Please find the attached pdf in the next post about badr moulid which is very important to read in the night of Ramadan 17(night after completing 16th day fasting) and its 17th fasting day.
If you have any trouble or desires which is halal you may please read this pdf and do pray to Allah then definitely your wish will be satisfied. Every time you can use this and better if you do this regularly.

Current Affairs: Ramadan and Zakath of Wealth

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem "In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful”

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

As salaam alaykum ramatullahi wa barakthu "May the peace of Allah be upon you, and His mercy and
blessings"

Dear friends,

One of the important activities in Ramadan is to give Zakath – Compulsory donations to 8 groups of people in the society. I would like to give very brief description about Zakath of Wealth.
Islam does not allow any kind of exploitation and it clearly draws the line of actions which we have to follow in our life. Zakath is not the favour of the giver but it is the right of the poor people.
Islam advises us to give Zakath correctly and if we do so there will not be much poverty and economic inequality between people. After introducing very strict Zakath procedures by Islamic Khaleefa Umar ibnu Khathab(RA) in Mecca and Madheena, after few years there were no people to collect Zakath because everybody became rich and no poor persons were not there. Like ways in Yemen also the Governor ( Muhad ibnu  Jabel (RA) ) from Yemen sent 1/3rd Zakath fund to Khaleefa Umar ibnu Khathab (RA)  saying that in Yemen this year 2/3rd only need to distribute and rest of them are rich. Next year he sent back 2/3rd of Zakath fund to Khaleefa Umar ibnu Khathab(RA)  since that year most of them became rich. In 3rd year the full amount he collected for Zakath sent to Khaleefa Umar ibnu Khathab(RA)  since at that time Yemen people became rich and no poor people was there.

Rules of Zakath
Let us see rules of Zakath
There should be niyath or intention in our mind that I am giving my compulsory Zakath for my wealth for Allahu Thaala
Better give Zakath directly instead of entrusting to organization. Don’t entrust any organization which is not appointed by Islamic government.
If we entrust to your family/relatives or any other person, you must do the Niyath and inform them that I am entrusting you to pay my compulsory Zakath of wealth on belhalf of me for Allahu thaala.
Zakatha must to give to any of the 8 groups of people in the society. But very best to give those eligible people in your family and relatives Because it gives not only the reward of giving Zakath but also giving reward for creating better family relation. Some of the eligible people are as follows,
1) The poor & the needy – these people may have some wealth, but not enough to make up the nisab.
2) The destitute – such people have nothing other than the very basic necessities; they are worse off than the poor
3) Those employed to collect the Zakath – this refers to those that collect as well as distribute the Zakath.
4) Muslim converts – traditionally, this category was for new Muslims who after having become Muslim, faced extreme poverty due to their decision.
5) Those who are indebted, but unable to settle their debt.
6) Travelers who have run out of money and would therefore have no way of reaching their final destination without help.
Zakath cannot be used to build mosques, to bury the deceased, or to clear the debt of the deceased.

Zakathable Items:

1. Zakath for Money:- If anyone has money which is equivalent to 595 gm silver in a year then he/she must pay the Zakath at the end of year. So he/she must have that much deposit in their hand in a year. Zakath is only 2.5 % of amount on he/she has. Not only deposit but also if someone gives debt to another then also the giver must pay Zakath with above conditions.
2. Zakath for Trading/Business: - When someone starts trading and end of year he has goods equivalent to 595 gm silver then they must pay Zakath. This also 2.5 % of amount on he/she has. Where the place he/she trades there he/she needs to pay Zakath. The goods for trading only need to consider means no need pay zakath on goods kept of his/her personal purpose. Zakath has to pay on owned goods or money not on the money of others. So trading started with loan will not come under Zakath till he/she pays loan because the goods bought by loan will not become his/her  goods. He must pay Zakath on his goods.

3. Zakath for Animals:- Zakath on animals is payable every year, provided that the stock exceeds the threshold of Zakath. Also, such animals should be of the type that grazes naturally. In the case of sheep and goats, the minimum threshold is 40, when one sheep is due. Two sheep become due for 121, and three sheep for 201. Thereafter, one extra sheep is added for each 100.
With cows, the minimum threshold is 30, and the rate is one male or female aged one year. If the cows are 40, then one two-year old female cow is due. For 60 cows, two cows of one year of age. With 70, two cows, one of them one year old and the other two years. For 80 cows, the rate is two female cows of two years each. Then we move up 10 at a time, increasing the liability pro rata.
In camels the threshold is five camels when the rate is one sheep of more than one year of age. For ten camels two sheep, and the rate goes up at each stage of five extra camels.
For 25 camels the rate is a she-camel of one year of age, or a male camel who has passed two years of age. For 36 camels a she-camel of 2 years, and for 46, one over 3 years.
As for dairies and fisheries, they should be treated as commercial ventures, and the same that applies to business applies to them.
4) Zakath for food grains:- In an year if anyone has harvested 960 liter food grains he must pay 10% Zakath. But food grains which are keeping in raw form (which is not peeled) should have to harvest 1920 liter, then only need to pay Zakath on that. If we need to do irrigation and other expenses also coming then only 5% is applicable.
5) Zakath for Jewelry/ Ornaments :- If someone keeps more gold and silver which is not normally use then it has Zakath 2.5% as we discusses in case of Zakath for money.
6) Zakath for Salary, gratuity, provident fund etc.:- Same rule as per Zakath for money.  Our salary has some condition for Zakath for money. Any form of allowance which is created by deducting from salary also has same rule as for Zakath for money because it is a part of salary. Some allowance which we are not sure will get or not/ or which is not created by  deducted from salary has Zakath only after completing one year from the date of money he/she  has received.

Hope you got a small idea about Zakath. Please include me in your prayers

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem "In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful”

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

As salaam alaykum ramatullahi wa barakthu "May the peace of Allah be upon you, and His mercy and
blessings"

Dear friends,

We are in Holy month of Ramadan and we are celebrating these valuable moments with fasting, special prays, giving donations and much more. Actually how many of us know the messages of Ramadan? Is this only month we need to do all these? After this month we can do all bad things as we wish? Is Allah considering you only in this month? There are so many questions may come in our mind like this…..

Holy Ramadan is the gift of Allah to us to earn many rewards from Him. He is providing more and more benefits for same activity which we do in other months. Seventy thousand times more benefit we will get for each good activity which we do in Ramadan.

Holy Ramadan is the month of sacrificing our feeling to all. 11 months we enjoyed many things which are even allowed by Allah like eating, drinking, using perfumes etc. But in the day time of Ramadan we have to avoid all these.

Ramadan is the month of purifying our mind from all our dirty thoughts. When we finish Ramadan we have to be purified by our mind for another 11 months. In Ramadan we are not hating anybody, no quarrel, no cheating, giving much more donations to poor, helping all people and really we know the feeling of common people. So for next 11 month also we have to do the same.

Not only Ramadan but also every time Islam doesn’t like the inequality and injustice among the people. In five time prayer there is no king or slave or worker or black or white - all are same in front of Allah. Each one should stand by touching each other and no discrimination at all . No one can say I am better than you and you should stand away from me. Each one stands by touching their body side by side.

Like ways in Holy Hajj and Umarah everybody in same dress and everyone should round Kaaba and every where they should be alike. No difference between king, administrator or cleaner.

Ramadan also gives you same feeling. In our society so many people are starving. They don’t have food for even one time in a day. But the rich people eating and throwing delicious foods. But in Ramadan every one knows the feeling of poor. And they understand the real status of poor and helpless people.   All king, queen, boss and whoever it is they understand the feeling of lower level people in the society.

Ramadan fasting does not mean simply give up of food in day time of Ramadan. We have fasting not only for our belly but also for all organs in our body. We have to keep all our organs from all dirty feelings like talking bad things about others, hearing bad things, hearing music, looking bad pictures, movies and thinking other nasty things etc. All bad things we should avoid. We look one goal that is the satisfaction of Allah, the almighty. So do more prayers and dikr also help each other by all means.

There is no benefit if you do all bad things and simply avoiding food in the day time. Believe it your whole body and mind is in fasting.

Giving donation is more rewarding one in Ramadan. Donate money, food, dress and whatever we can, we must do. Because in Ramadan Allah gives you more rewards than in other months for same donations.

Reading Quran is the most important thing we have to do in Ramadan. One of the main reasons that Ramadan gets respected is because of the revelation of Holy Quran in this month. Reading Quran with ablution and sitting in the direction of Qibla (Kaaba) get more rewards from Allah and for men it is better to do from Mosque also.
Ever best one is to use Quran while we do Namaz or Solath. So increase more sunnath Namaz and use lengthy surath in each rakaath.

In Ramadan everyone will do Tharaweeh , Witr ,Thahajud and Luha. But remember we should be more active in compulsory prayers than these. Above four prayers are not compulsory but we have five time compulsory prayer which should do properly by Jamaath (Pray with Imam). Tharaweeh is 20 rakaath and which is jointly approved by four Mazhab in Islam (Hanafi, Maliki , Shafyee and Hambali). Don’t limit Tharaweeh up to 8 rakaath.  We have to bring Witr, Thahajud and Luha prayers in every time. I mean not only in Ramadan but also in other 11 month also. Tharaweeh is the special prayer in Ramadan

We are fasting in ramdan and please try to open your fasting with your family, relatives and friends, which will bring you unity and cooperation. If you give ifthar to any person, Allah will give you same reward of his/her fasting. So prepare ifthar party for poor people in our society (ifthar party is for one who do fasting not for any other people or purpose)

Qiyamullail which means special prayers in the nights of Ramadan is very good activity. Mainly last 10 nights of Ramadan is better to utilize by dikr and dua because we can expect Lailathul Qadr. Lailathul Qadar is the special time in Ramadan night,  which exactly not specified what time it is. Lailathul Qadr is better than 1000 months. So if anyone do prayer in that time your prayer will be accepted by GOD and there is no doubt about this. This Lailathul Qadr will be expected in the last 10 night of Ramadan and some scholars say it is in odd nights of Ramadan. Some of them more clearly says it is in 27th night (after finishing the fasting of 26 day next night for 27 day fasting). But in Lailathul Qadr also some people will not get any acceptance from Allah like who break family relation, who insulted their parents etc..So in the Holy month of Ramadan ask everybody for forgiveness for any sin you have made to them by your thought, your actions and your words etc. Also make strong and nice family relations.

Much more to tell you … hope you will understand and use it ..Please include me also in your prayers.
